That’s right, Proper Posture plays a role in just about everything, including digestion.  Digestion relys on chemical and physcial processees all coordinated by your nerve system (which is why it is so important to get your spine checked regularly by a chiropractor).  The chemicals are what people think about when they think stomich acid or saliva, but the phycial steps to digestion involve much more than just chewing your food.   Take a look and see how to improve your digestion just by changing your posture and your breathing.
